Don’t miss the St. Patricks Day Parade and Charlotte Goes Green Festival March 19th!
When: Saturday March 18th, 2017 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Where: The parade will step off at 11:00 A.M. at N. Tryon St. and 9th Street in uptown Charlotte. It then marches south to 3rd Street where it takes a left and marches down 3rd St. to Caldwell.

The combination of flags, floats, kids, and pipe band music made everyone smile and be Irish for a day. The parade has grown to be one of Charlotte’s biggest & best. The Twentieth Annual Parade promises to be another great one! The Charlotte Goes Green Festival will be well attended with crowds enjoying Irish music, performances by Irish dancers, the Celtic Kids Zone, lots to eat and an abundance of great Irish/Celtic vendors that attend the festival from around the U.S.
There will be something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. It’s the place to be after the parade. The Festival is located on S. Tryon St. between 3rd St. & Stonewall St. The festival hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and features Irish music, Irish dancers, bagpipers, Irish/Celtic and other vendors, children’s amusements and plenty of food & beverages. There is no admission fee to attend.
