Barbecued Potatoes Recipe
4 medium red potatoes, cut into 3/4 in wedges
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs barbecue seasoning
1 large onion cut into thin wedges
1. Toss potatoes in large bowl with oil. Add seasoning, toss to coat.
2. Put onions and potatoes on a large wide sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bring up foil sides. Fold top and ends to seal tightly.
3. Grill over medium heat 30 – 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Turn packet over half way through cooking time.
Beef Flavored Broccoli Recipe
1 lb fresh or frozen broccoli
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 small onion, chopped
Place broccoli, beef bouillon, and onion in pot of water. Boil 15 minutes or until tender.
