Madagascar 3 – Europe’s Most Wanted Review

I seriously could not have found a better way to spend Saturday morning. Reece, Betsy, and I headed off to see a Sneak Preview of Madagascar 3 – Europe’s Most Wanted.

From the minute Madagascar 3 started to the very end, it was not stop fun, excitement, and downright visual. Alex and his friends (Marty, Melman, and Gloria) decide it time to go back to New York. The first problem they run into is that the penguins have taken the plane to Monte Carlo where they just happen to be striking it rich in the casino. Once in Monte Carlo they are pursued by the seriously psychotic, Captain Dubois, head of animal control. Captain Dubois brought laughter, “oh’s” and “ah’s” by many children in the theater. She even drew some very loud “ewwww’s” when she licked the ground in pursuit of the animals.

As always, there can never be an easy way out, so the Madagascar gang joined a circus in hopes of traveling all the way to New York. Joining the original Madacasgar gang was jaguar, sea lion, tiger, and a big fluffy bear. That bear had me cracking up. Or should I say, King Julien falling in love with this over-sized bear and his antics cracked me up.

The group work together to make the best circus ever with the hopes of getting back to New York. What follows is a visually enticing, eye popping circus like you have never seen. The circus act kept the crowd in silence it was so vivid in color, so fun to watch. I want to go to a circus like that!

After that performance they get back to New York…but then what? Well, you will have to check out the movie itself to see how it ends!

I liked this movie for several reasons.

It was really fun to watch.

It was not too long.

It was in 3D, which usually gives me a headache, but this one did not!

All in all, I would highly recommend Madagascar 3 – Europe’s Most Wanted. I know I would definitely see it a second time and even buy the movie on DVD when it comes out!
