That Was Awfully Nice of My HomeOwners Association

We have had a dead tree next to our fence going on a year. It was quite an eye sore and kind of dangerous with some of these storms we have.

Last week, the HomeOwners Association took the time, after a year, to come and chop it down for us.

And they left us a nice gift.

It has been here a week already. I wonder if we will have a tractor in our yard for a year?!
