This is a really easy strawberry ice cream bread recipe. If you don’t like strawberry ice cream, just swap it out for your favorite flavor!
- 2 cups regular strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1½ cup self rising flour
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Scoop ice cream and flour into a large bowl and mix well.
- Place mixture in a greased 8×4 loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
