This is how my week was…

Putting One Foot in Front of the Other

Saturday would have been my parents 45th Wedding Anniversary so it was a tough day. But my dad came over and we made steak, fries, and salad for dinner. We even had some laughs. I know my Mom would have been pleased!

Wells Fargo is on My Bad Side

My Dad and I went to Wells Fargo to take care of check that was written for the wrong reason. The VP of Customer Service was nice and helped us and sent us to the counter to deposit the check. The Teller didn’t want to deposit the check, so he had to go get permission from VP of Customer Service (which we already did). Came back and said “We will do this a courtesy ONE TIME”.  Walked away,  turned and looked at us and said real snotty, “You’re welcome”.  I know, all banks have their faults, but really? If you don’t like people, you shouldn’t be in a customer related job. I guess that teller is lucky I am not a camel, or an alpaca.

Akismet Catches Some Pretty Good Spam

Blogs get spammed all the time. Luckily, I have Akismet to block a lot of Spam Comments, this Spam comment made me laugh however:

“i used to be starting to assume that i may possibly end up being the only person that thought about this, around currently”

I know that is SUPPOSED to be English, but honestly, what the heck did you just say??!!

Friday the 13th

Friday the 13th came and went without anything bad happening to me! WOOP!!! But a lot of people are very superstitious about Friday the 13th.

I Have Created a Monster

It seems as if because Maggie has been featured in so many of my posts lately, Doggie Gift Basket, National Bubble Bath Day, & Mr. Chewy, she has become a little Diva. Look what I woke up to this morning.
