I was contacted by Signazon.com asking if I would review a vinyl banner or maybe another product they offer like a car magnets, window decals, yard signs, car lettering, and more. It was perfect timing because the Charlotte are magazine I run, City Unwrapped, was going to be participating in a holiday bazaar and I actually really needed a vinyl banner for our table.

I uploaded my art work and immediately had an email that a “proof” was ready for me to look at. I looked at the proof and our logo seemed to be right justified, so I indicated as much on an email and asked them to center it on the banner. They were more than happy to do it. The thing is, it wasn’t their fault it was right justified. I realized a few days later it was MY fault. The logo I gave them was right justified, but they were more than happy to fix MY mistake. I had no idea I made the mistake. They just fixed it. Now that is what I call great customer service.

As soon as I approved the proof, it was sent into production and I received an email for every step – Art work submitted, proof ready, sent to production, and being shipped. I love when a company keeps you in the loop for every step. I know there have been some companies I have used that I have no idea when it is coming or if the order was actually even placed! Signazon does a great job at keeping their customers informed. They even sent me another email with instructions on how to set up the banner!

The banner I ordered from Signazon was 2 feet x 4 feet and it turned out GREAT! I could not have asked for better quality – Check it out!
