I love, love, love home made bread, but I honestly just do not have time in the day to actually bake it…My schedule is CRAZY! So when MomSelect offered me the opportunity to host a Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Party I jumped at the chance. And to make it even more fun for my kids, we decided to have a Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Play Date Party.
So what is Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade? It is bread mix that you can make in ONE HOUR!
“This convenience mix allows you to make delicious homemade bread in three easy steps. Simply stir, rise and bake. Available in 4 delicious flavors (Country White, Stoneground Wheat, Italian herb and Multi-Grain), the mix contains everything you need, including yeast and sugar. Just add 1 cup of water and you’re only an hour away from enjoying fresh-baked bread!”
So really? It is that easy? Hmmm…I guess I will just have to test this out for myself! But not just me! Kids were involved too! Unfortunately, there were a lot of kids that were sick this past week, so I decided to have the Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Play Date, but also send a package home with one of my friends to see what her and her family thought about it.
We followed the steps exactly – each child took turns.
Putting the Dough on the Cookie Sheet
But I put it in the oven!
When the bread came out of the oven – Everyone took part in eating!
My friend, Danielle, used Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Italian Herb when making a Family Dinner.
Holy smokes I wish all my dinners looked like this!
As you can see, Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade is an easy to use mix, that literally did not take me more than an hour to make. But not only that, it was really, very good. For our Play Date Party, NONE of the bread remained..it was gone!
I would definitely purchase this for my family again. You can find more information on their website, Simply Home Made Bread.
Note: I received the above products to facilitate my review and host the Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Play Date Party from Fleischmann’s and MomSelect. No other compensation was received. All opinions expressed are my own.
