One of my daughters doesn’t like milk, I have to really think about things to make sure she gets calcium in other ways.
I don’t drink much milk anymore…so I try to eat at least one yogurt a day at breakfast or afternoon snack time.
I do eat quite a bit of cheese too. I luv cheese, but have to watch the calories!

I hate the way that milk tastes, so I have to ‘hide’ it in what I eat or drink. I used milk in my coffee instead of creamer. I also eat tons of cottage cheese and yogurt.
