Easy Spicy Chicken Salad Recipe
- 3 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- ⅓ cup light mayo
- ¼ fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Grapes, Crackers or Pita chips for serving
- Mix chicken, celery and onions in large bowl. Add mayo, lemon juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper. Mix lightly.
- Refrigerate at least two hours or until chilled
- Serve with grapes and crackers.
